Programming as per drawing by CAM-i software
Job setting & stage wise inspection of precision parts
Should have material knowledge to handle different kind of materials
Use of measuring tools to inspect parts
Should have knowledge on first part approval process.
Monitoring of EDM operational consumables & machine consumables
Preventive maintenance of EDM machine
Should able to work in shifts & co-ordinate with other shift EDM operators
Knowledge on CNC turning & VMC is value addition
Understanding of safety rules and regulations, Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, and continuous improvement concepts.
