Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Operations:

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including ledgers, journals, and spreadsheets.
  • Perform daily accounting tasks, such as reconciliations, and journal entries.

Accounts Payable and Receivable:
  • Manage vendor payments, ensure timely payment, and maintain accurate vendor records.
Compliance and Audit:
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Assist in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally)
