Responsibilities:
Prepares MEP BIM models and sets of construction drawings.
Reviews manufacturers or fabricators prints to aid in the development of BIM models and
design documents.
Performs tasks such as verification of BIM model integrity, clash detection coordination
meetings, coordinates collaboration with other disciplines.
Performs walkthroughs of models using Revit for project stakeholders and provides
general conceptual input to projects during the planning stages.
Communicates regularly with other disciplines, trade partners, clients and project
