Job Title: Business Development Executive Export
Experience - 4- 6 Years
Industry: Food Industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B sales strategies for international markets.
  • Conduct market analysis, define product range, packaging, and pricing.
  • Prepare customer acquisition pitches and marketing materials.
  • Drive customer acquisition, manage relationships, and grow business.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product development and timely supply.
  • Achieve business and profit targets, manage departmental budget.
  • Ensure zero credit risk by enforcing payment terms.
  • Hire, train, and manage the team as business expands.
  • Prepare customer and MRM presentations.
  • Provide customer support, understand product requirements, and test product performance.
  • Obtain third-party approvals and ensure compliance with international regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in export management, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong leadership, CRM, and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of market analysis, sales strategies, and compliance.
