  • Will be responsible for component design review
  • Will be responsible for selection of suitable manufacturing process
  • Should have in depth knowledge of Design for Manufacturing and design for Assembly
  • Should be having experience in multi axis CNC programming & optimisation
  • Should have knowledge about cutting tools,materials,Coolants and its effect on machining of the component
  • Should be skilled in cycle time optimisation
  • Should be skilled in Jig & fixture design for component holding on machine.
  • Should have knolwdge about material wastage control and reduction while machining.
