Job Role:
1. Lead Engineering Design Gates according to building block and Product-Level.
2. Support/coach the Engineering community to understand the criteria for Design Gates to ensure a proper gate preparation.
3. Provide trainings about Engineering Design Gates and Engineering Quality Toolbox (e.g. CIA, FMEA).
4. Support the preventive quality activities in Engineering (e.g. CIA and FMEA) as well as the detection of quality issues and performance of root-cause analysis (e.g. 8D)
5. Knowledge about requirements management and configuration management
6. Ability to apply quality methods like FMEA (Systems, Design, Process) and Problem Solving Workshops (PPS, 8D)
7. Ability to assess processes maturity
8. Knowledge on Standards (IRIS, ISO 9001, CENELEC, )
