Responsibilities:
Ensure Discipline and Order:
Maintain a strong presence within the camp to enforce discipline among all workers. Develop and implement rules and regulations to ensure a harmonious and orderly environment.
Safety and Security:
Oversee the safety of all personnel, equipment, and company assets. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that any potential hazards are addressed immediately in the labour residence camp.
Access Control:
Strictly monitor and control access to the residential area (camp), ensuring that only authorized personnel are allowed entry. Conduct regular checks to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the security of the premises.
Incident Management:
Investigate and report any incidents or violations within the camp. Prepare detailed reports of all findings and communicate them to the management promptly.
Crisis Response:
Be prepared to respond effectively to any crisis situations, such as arguments, conflicts, fights, accidents, or emergencies within the camp. Provide recommendations and solutions to mitigate the impact of such events.
Communication:
Maintain clear and prompt communication with camp staff and management.
Integrity and Efficiency:
Focus on maintaining a fair unbiased view while attending to all labour issues.
Qualification:
Proven experience in managing and supervising a large workforce, ideally in a labour camp or similar environment.
Preference will be given to candidates with an ex-army background, bringing strong leadership, discipline, and crisis management skills.
