2. Manage budgets and estimate costs
3. Determine necessary equipments, material and manpower
4. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
5. Risk evaluation
6. Experience in pipelines, structures, micro-irrigation, lift irrigation and pump houses
7. Monitor weekly progress for different engineering, procurement and construction phases
8. Database management- daily/weekly/monthly reports of the project progress
