Job Description

  • Perform all on-site activities related to installation, repair, management and maintenance.
  • Visiting customer places to provide RO water purifier / water treatment system  installations, troubleshooting & service repairs.
  • Build relationships and trust with customers and clients.
  • Advise customers on installation set up
  • Carry out plant performance monitoring, water quality checking, data trending and submit the analysis report to system owner.
  • Educating or providing demos to the customers on product usage/maintenance.
  • Diagnosing technical issues and providing proper service solutions.
  • Generating service revenue through AMCs and spare parts sales meeting targets.
  • Coordination with back-end team
