Job Responsibilities-
● Responsible for Sales to expand customer base and extend the company's reach to existing and potential customers.
● Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships.
● Make a strategy for order booking for Compact Sub Station (CSS) and AIS Panel with the COO, that covers all techno-commercial expectations of the customer.
● Coordinate with the internal design team to ensure timely submission & approval of drawings.
● VI. Coordinate with OMG for timely and satisfactory experience during customer inspections.
● Ensure post-sales Customer Support & coordination with the Customer Care team.
● Achieve Customer Satisfaction at every stage of customer experience from Offer Submission to Commissioning.
● Nurture CML customers for increased market share in their busines.
