Job Description
Equipment selection for the plant, Installation of equipment, commissioning of equipment To follow documented Integrated Management System and ensure that it is followed by all Employees. To collect production planning from the Plant Incharge and to allot the work to the Operators and Workers. To ensure that the product has passed all the stages of inspection and testing during the routine production. To identify the requirements of materials / consumables and raising the indent for the same in consultation with the Plant Incharge. To follow documented Integrated Management System and ensure that it is followed by all Employees. To ensure that the proper records are maintained at all stages of production. Responsible to comply all legal requirements, as applicable and as conveyed by the Works Head. Responsible to avoid spillages in the plant caused due to routine production. Responsible for daily cleaning of the floor and dumping of waste at identified places only. Responsible for protection of environments and prevention of OHS Hazards at all stages of production. Responsible for follow up of standard operating procedures and work instruction during routine production and to ensure that the same is followed by Operators and Workers Responsible to create awareness of aspects, OHS Hazards impacts and risks through out the organization. Responsible to ensure that all safety precautions are taken during the processing. To ensure safe and proper handling of the material inside the plant. Preventive maintenance / predictive maintenance schedule preparation and implementation to achieve zero break down in plant 5S implementation SAP handling experiance for material management
Cost: Achieve conversion cost as per budget. Effective utilisation of Recourse for Daily / weekly / Monthly production. Ensure that the production is cost effective Effective uttilisation of RM/PM & resources to reduce the cost
