Roles/Responsibilities:
As a Sales and Marketing Engineer, the candidate will play a key role in growth of the company’s Sales department at the designated office level. The candidate will be required to undertake the following responsibilities within the company:
Responsible for generating business for the assigned product by carrying out all sales and marketing related activities.
Identify new sales leads and pitch new clients
Frequent visits to the consultants, customers & contractors to prepare the master project list, to focus on, in their region.
Contacting potential clients frequently
Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing client
Preparations for seminars & presentations.
Generate and respond to the enquiries on their product division.
Negotiation and finalization of the orders in their assigned category/region.
Ensure compliance with the various circulars issued before finalization of any order
Issuance of order acknowledgement to customers.
Ensure collection of timely payments for their sale. Implement the activities assigned by the Regional / Branch/ Sales head.
Entry of every enquiry in the Master Enquiry List
Maintaining a regional CRM chart, making it a pivot for monitoring the implementation.
Identification of the personnel in the industry for the Company’s team development.
Submit the MIS for their domain to reporting manager.
