Key Responsibility : Supervise Installations as per SOPs, Testing commissioning the unit. To provide training on the equipment. Attending service complaints and resolving it. Generate Service revenues thru AMCs and other service orders. Liaison activities with Team. Reporting to your head. 1. Meeting with Customers / clients regarding AMC services, Repair / spare requirement of Installed Equipment at the commissioned site. 2. Meeting with customers for new product presentation, technical support, product specification, etc. 3. Prepare quotations for AMC / repair / Spares / parts replacement etc. 4. Submission of technical data, foundation details, DP sensor locations, installation/commissioning write-up to customers / contractors / consultants for pumps, Valves, Ventilation Fans, thermal storage, water treatment system and separators etc. 5. Follow-up with HVAC contractors/ client for site progress and providing support for equipment installation, flushing etc. Technical discussion and modifications required for smooth operation of system. 6. Site visit for Pre-Installation checks and commissioning of the equipment supplied. 7. Submission of Job Handing over/completion report to HVAC consultants/ contractors/clients, etc. 8. Processing of purchase orders / work order and coordinating with OM for delivery schedule etc. 9. Submission of PI to clients, manufacturing clearance & payment follow-up. 10. Maintaining and updating service records related to each project. 11. Maintaining the records for site visit and service complaints etc. 12. Providing service support to sales and OM as and when required.
