* Prepare and develop electrical drawings, layouts, schematics, and wiring diagrams using AutoCAD or other drafting software.
* Create and update shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings as per project requirements.
* Coordinate with MEP engineers, architects, and other discipline draftsmen to ensure proper integration of services.
* Maintain accurate drawing records, revisions, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
* Provide drafting support to site execution teams and incorporate site modifications into drawings.
* Prepare cable routing, lighting layouts, power distribution, earthing, and ELV/Fire Alarm system drawings in line with project specifications.
* Ensure compliance with MEP standards, electrical codes, and client requirements.
* Assist engineers in preparing load schedules, material submittals, and BOQ support documents.
* Follow company drafting standards, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and quality in all deliverables.
Requirements
* Diploma/B.Tech Electrical Engineering
* 4–8 years of proven experience as an Electrical Draftsman
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
* Strong understanding of electrical systems (LV/ELV), cable management, lighting, and power layouts.
* Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and adapt to project/site requirements.
* Good communication and documentation skills.
