● Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
● Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
● Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
● Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.
● Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or a related industry is a plus.
