  • “Review Drawing” of the initial drafts (vetting)- so should be able to design and conceptualise/ get presentations done in 3D views (Giving briefs)
  • Checking construction Drawings
  • Visiting Site- tech. validation, correcting subordinates drawings as required
  • Client Preparations, presentations & handling (Excellent Communication Skills)
  • Interior material knowledge
  • Vendor Management
  • Budget Management (including BOQ)
