We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager – Valves to join our team in the Delhi/NCR region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the HVAC industry with proven expertise in selling valves and related products. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with contractors and consultants, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
Promote and sell HVAC valves and associated products to contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders in the region.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and other industry influencers.
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and negotiations with potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product, and customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in HVAC systems.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
8–12 years of experience in HVAC industry sales, specifically valves.
Strong existing network with HVAC consultants, MEP contractors, and builders/developers in Delhi/NCR.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
