Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a respected, accredited institution.
Proven portfolio of at least three completed luxury residential projects of 10,000 sq. ft. or greater.
Demonstrated ability to deliver ultra-bespoke projects for high-profile, high-net-worth clients.
Advanced proficiency in CAD, BIM, and visualization tools to present ideas at world-class standards.
Deep knowledge of architectural styles, high-end finishes, and current luxury lifestyle trends.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a refined sense of client service.
