Job Description

1. Daily Visual Merchandising Audits & Brand Coordination.
2. Category-wise Visual Merchandising Expertise.
3. Mall Outlet Aesthetics & Look-and-Feel Monitoring.

Responsibilities and Duties:-

  • Conduct regular Visual Merchandising (VM) audits across all operational brand outlets in the mall.
  • Identify and document visual merchandising errors or deviations.
  • Coordinate with brand store managers to communicate audit observations and get issues resolved within defined timelines.
  • Maintain daily follow-ups and closure reports for VM issues with photographic evidence.
  • Must possess thorough knowledge of retail merchandise standards and VM practices across categories like: Apparel, Footwear, Accessories, F&B Outlets.
  • Ability to understand and guide category-specific VM requirements and display strategies.
Responsible for overseeing and reporting on:

  • Main Signage Placement & Quality
  • Display Window Visuals & Props
  • Proper Product Tagging
  • Cleanliness & Lighting
  • Background Music Appropriateness (if applicable)
  • Marketing Communication Collateral Placement (banners, tent cards, standees, etc.)
  • Maintain and regularly update the Weekly VM Schedule Sheet based on planned visits, seasonal campaigns, and brand display changeovers.
  • Ensure weekly reporting with status updates, before-after visuals, and pending brand responses.
Act as a “Virtual Merchandiser” to:

  • Monitor all brands’ marketing activities within the mall.
  • Identify usage of KW Delhi 6 Mall branding and property space in digital promotions.
  • Share any brand-led promotional assets or visuals used for online/offline marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in sourcing VM props, branding materials, and display units from external vendors.
  • Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and installation.
  • Attend vendor meetings and negotiate pricing while ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain a database of approved vendors for future use.
  • Preferably from a marketing or retail visual merchandising background.
  • Understand brand psychology and in-store consumer behavior to guide VM enhancements that support sales.
  • Should be able to ideate basic display concepts for seasonal campaigns and assist in execution.
