This role focuses on B2B sales of consumer electronics (LED TVs, Active LEDs, etc.) specifically for Hotels, Hospitals, and Builders. We are looking for a proactive sales professional with strong existing relationships and a proven track record of performance in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct regular sales meetings, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
● Achieve assigned sales targets and monthly TV sales funnel.
● Create and maintain a monthly funnel of 500 TVs.
● Drive new business development by onboarding new PMCs, Builders, Hotels, and Hospitals.
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships with existing clients.
● Maintain CRM and update sales pipelines. Preferred Skills:
● Energetic, talkative, and hospitable personality.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets.
● Personal vehicle mandatory for field visits.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Must have direct connections with purchase managers of at least 10 builders or hotels.
● Must provide a database of minimum 10 hotels (with point of contact and business history over the last 1–2 years).
● Familiarity with related sectors like air-conditioning, IT infrastructure sales, consumer electronics, etc., is a plus.
Candidate Preferences:
● Age group: 30–50 years.
● Preference given to candidates owning a house (for long-term commitment).
● Minimum 3–7 years of relevant B2B field sales experience.
