Job Description 

  • Online Orders Processing Managing Returns. 
  • Creating Products Listing, Managing Inventory Prices on E-Commerce Websites.
  • Designing and creating banners/ pop-ups etc for promotions on e-portals. 
  • Day-to-day coordination and negotiations with Category managers on various E-portals to generate maximum business.
  • Manage E-Commerce Websites Content Updates, Coordinating Site Changes with IT. 
  • Dealing Communicating with Distributors, Retailers, and Individual Customers. 
  • Handling Customer Service for Online Phone Calls E-Mails. 
  • Preparing Reports on Regular Basis.

Skills:

  • Excellent Communication Negotiation Skills Fluency in English (Verbal Written). 
  • Good Knowledge and Experience of Basic Computer Applications Like - MS-Word, MS-Excel, PowerPoint and Should Be Internet Savvy. 
  • Basic knowledge of Coral draws / photoshop.
  • Able to Execute Process Online Orders within Given Time Frame. 
  • Familiarity with E-Commerce Portals like - Flipkart, Amazon, Jiomart, Meesho, etc. 
  • Able to Work Independently and Work Under Minimum Supervision.
