Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our Honda
Two-Wheeler dealership operations in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
overseeing all dealership functions, driving sales performance, ensuring superior customer
satisfaction, and managing a high-performing team to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee day-to-day dealership operations, including sales, service, spares, finance, and administration.
● Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
● Lead and motivate the sales and service teams to deliver exceptional performancen and meet OEM (Honda) standards.
● Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control operational costs.
● Maintain strong relationships with Honda officials, customers, and vendors.
● Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, andn statutory requirements.
● Plan and execute local marketing, promotional, and customer engagement activities.
● Regularly review customer feedback and take corrective actions to improve service quality.
● Drive digital transformation and process improvements within the dealership.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
● 10–15 years of proven experience in managing an automobile dealership (preferably
Honda Two-Wheeler or similar brands).
● Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent understanding of dealership operations, customer handling, and OEM coordination.
● Proven track record of achieving sales and service excellence.
