Key Responsibilities:
● Recruitment and Staffing:
○ Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including identifying hiring needs, job
postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
○ Work closely with department heads to ensure that staffing levels are appropriate for
manufacturing operations.
○ Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into
the company culture.
● Employee Relations:
○ Serve as a key point of contact for employees to address concerns and resolve
issues.
○ Foster positive employee relations by promoting open communication and managing
employee grievances.
○ Facilitate conflict resolution and ensure compliance with company policies.
● Performance Management:
○ Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems, including
setting KPIs and conducting regular reviews.
○ Provide guidance on addressing underperformance and supporting employees'
development.
○ Collaborate with managers to implement performance improvement plans (PIPs).
● Training and Development:
○ Identify training needs and coordinate relevant programs to enhance employee skills,
especially those relevant to the manufacturing processes.
○ Develop initiatives to improve employee performance, safety, and productivity.
○ Support career development and succession planning within the company.
● Compliance and Legal:
○ Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies,
especially within the manufacturing environment.
○ Keep updated on legal changes affecting HR and ensure compliance across all HR
functions.
○ Manage audits and regulatory compliance related to HR activities.
● Compensation and Benefits:
○ Administer employee compensation programs, including salary reviews and benefits
management.
○ Handle queries related to payroll, benefits, and other compensation-related matters.
○ Ensure compensation packages remain competitive within the manufacturing
industry.
● Health and Safety:
○ Work closely with the Health & Safety team to ensure compliance with workplace
safety standards.
○ Promote a safety-conscious culture and assist in resolving any health or
safety-related issues.
● HR Administration and Reporting:
○ Maintain accurate HR records, including employee files, attendance, and compliance
documentation.
○ Prepare regular HR reports on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and
recruitment status.
○ Utilize HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to management.
● Other HR Functions:
○ Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, recognition
schemes, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
○ Provide day-to-day support for various HR functions as required.
Qualifications and Requirements:
● Experience: 7-10 years of experience in HR, with a solid background in managing HR
functions within a manufacturing environment.
● Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or
related field
