HR Manager - Payroll

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee payroll operations for approximately 2,000 employees. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management: Oversee the payroll process for 1,000 to 2,000 employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Compliance: Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll integration with other HR functions.
  • Employee Support: Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide guidance on payroll processes.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in payroll management or a similar HR role.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple payroll cycles.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with payroll software and HRIS systems is preferred.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with employees and management.
