The HVAC Site Supervisor will be responsible for on-ground supervision and execution of HVAC installation activities at project sites. The role involves managing workforce, ensuring quality workmanship, and coordinating daily site activities to meet project timelines and standards.
You will work closely with site engineers, contractors, and technicians to ensure smooth execution of HVAC systems including ducting, piping, and equipment installation.
Key Responsibilities (Execution & Supervision)
• Supervise day-to-day HVAC installation activities including ducting, chilled water piping, insulation, and equipment installation.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and instructions from site engineers.
• Manage and monitor site workforce, subcontractors, and technicians.
• Coordinate with site engineers and other MEP teams for smooth workflow and execution.
• Track daily progress and report status to the Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager.
• Ensure proper handling and installation of HVAC materials and equipment at site.
• Identify and report site issues, delays, and material requirements proactively.
• Ensure housekeeping and proper site discipline during execution.
• Support testing and commissioning activities of HVAC systems.
• Ensure adherence to safety practices and use of PPE at site.

• Daily and weekly progress achieved as per planned targets.
• Efficient utilisation of manpower and resources.

• Accurate daily reporting of work progress, manpower, and material status.

• Prompt identification and escalation of site challenges.
• Quick response to instructions and changes from engineering teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HVAC site supervision for MEP / construction projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including ducting, piping, and installation practices.
• Ability to read and understand basic drawings and layouts.
• Experience in handling site labour and subcontractors.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices at construction sites.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Practical problem-solving ability and hands-on approach.
• Comfortable with pan-India deployment and travel based on project requirements.
