We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage and oversee day-to-day activities across multiple interior and architectural project sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, good communication skills, and a hands-on approach to ensure quality execution and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
● Supervise and manage on-site activities for interior and architectural projects.
● Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings for accurate execution of site works.
● Prepare and maintain BOQs, material requirement lists, and progress charts using MS Excel.
● Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and labor teams for smooth and efficient project execution.
● Monitor quality control and ensure all work aligns with design intent and standards.
● Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on site progress, when required.
● Conduct accurate site measurements and manage material follow-ups and inventory.
● Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement solutions promptly.
Requirements:
● Must own a personal bike for commuting between multiple sites.
● Should be based in or around Noida for ease of travel and timely site management.
● Proficient in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings.
● Skilled in MS Excel for preparing BOQs and tracking project progress.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills for handling clients and teams.
● Basic knowledge of construction materials and on-site execution processes.
● Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple sites effectively.
● Positive attitude with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
● Prior experience in supervising interior fit-out or construction projects
