Job Responsibilities -:-

* Troubleshoot printer issues, network connectivity, system performance, and security issues.
* Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related concerns.
* Maintain and monitor LAN, WAN, and wireless networks to ensure seamless operations.
* Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software to optimize system performance.
* Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations to safeguard IT infrastructure.
* Implement backup and recovery strategies to prevent data loss.
* Ensure adherence to IT security best practices and protocols.
* Collaborate with teams to recommend and implement IT infrastructure improvements.
Skills & Qualifications -:-
* Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
* Experience with server management, backup solutions, and security practices.
* Familiarity with LAN, WAN, and wireless network configurations.
* Ability to install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
