We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Administration to manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning of the corporate office/Sites Office role demands strong coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen eye for detail in managing facilities, vendors, and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities
1) Oversee and manage general administrative tasks across corporate office/site locations
2) Ensure upkeep and maintenance of office premises, infrastructure, and utilities
3) Vendor management – procurement, AMC, service contracts, negotiations, and payments
4) Supervise housekeeping, security, pantry, courier, and travel desk operations
5) Monitor and manage office supplies, asset tracking, and inventory control
6) Handle office lease agreements, renewals, insurance, and statutory compliances
7) Support in organizing internal events, meetings, and visitor management
8) Maintain documentation related to facilities, safety, and compliance audits
9) Assist in budgeting, cost control, and MIS reporting related to admin functions
10) Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for smooth execution of admin duties
11) Implement and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
