Coordinate the collection of common area maintenance fees and utility bills, property Sales collection from tenants/ Brands in accordance with lease agreements and property management policies.
Monitor and track payment schedules, sending reminders and notifications as necessary to
ensure prompt payments.
Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to reconcile payments and maintain accurate records.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes related to billing or charges.
Work closely with tenants to address questions or concerns regarding invoices and charges.
Provide regular reports on collection status and outstanding balances to management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant grievances and inquiries related to common area maintenance fees and utility bills etc.
Document tenant complaints and issues, categorizing them for analysis.
Collaborate with property management and accounting teams to investigate and resolve tenant grievances promptly.
Communicate with tenants to provide updates on grievance resolutions and ensure tenant satisfaction.
