Job Description


  • Coordinate the collection of common area maintenance fees and utility bills, property Sales collection from tenants/ Brands in accordance with lease agreements and property management policies.
  •  Monitor and track payment schedules, sending reminders and notifications as necessary to
  • ensure prompt payments.
  •  Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to reconcile payments and maintain accurate records.
  •  Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputes related to billing or charges.
  •  Work closely with tenants to address questions or concerns regarding invoices and charges.
  •  Provide regular reports on collection status and outstanding balances to management.
  •  Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant grievances and inquiries related to common area maintenance fees and utility bills etc.
  •  Document tenant complaints and issues, categorizing them for analysis.
  •  Collaborate with property management and accounting teams to investigate and resolve tenant grievances promptly.
  •  Communicate with tenants to provide updates on grievance resolutions and ensure tenant satisfaction.
  •  Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance transparency and tenant relations. Brand leasing process

  • Qualifications: Graduation Only
  • Professional Qualifications: Excel knowledge, good communication, good Negotiation and calculation
  • Experience: 4+ years of required for senior and 2+ year for junior
