Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented professional to manage GST and TDS compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong reconciliation skills, excellent proficiency in MS Excel, and experience in handling communication with government departments. This role requires flexibility and the ability to support broader finance and compliance functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

● Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) and TDS Returns within prescribed timelines
● Perform Output and Input GST Reconciliation and ensure accuracy in data validation
● Use advanced MS Excel functions (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for reporting and analysis
● Generate and manage E-Way Bills and E-Invoices in compliance with statutory requirements
● Draft and file replies to notices and queries from GST and TDS departments
● Assist the finance team with additional accounting and compliance-related tasks
● Demonstrate flexibility to handle responsibilities beyond GST and TDS, as per business needs

Skills & Competencies

● Strong working knowledge of GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS compliance
● Hands-on experience with E-Way Bills and E-Invoicing systems
● Proficiency in MS Excel (SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
● Experience in preparing replies to departmental notices
● Sound understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance
● Prior experience in a CA firm will be an added advantage
● Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skil
