Procurement Executive (Construction Chemicals) -:-
Experience: 4-6 years in raw material procurement for construction chemicals
Key Responsibilities:
Procure raw materials (RMs) required for construction chemicals from reliable suppliers.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard multiple suppliers for each RM to ensure supply chain stability.
Monitor RM availability and market trends to prevent shortages impacting production.
Prepare and issue purchase orders (POs) based on sales demand and stock levels.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers for cost efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Collaborate with the production and sales teams to align procurement with business needs.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and procurement policies.
Requirements:
4-6 years of experience in RM procurement for construction chemicals.
Strong knowledge of RM suppliers, pricing trends, and market availability.
Expertise in handling multiple suppliers for key RMs to avoid supply disruptions.
Proficiency in procurement software and inventory management systems.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
