Job Description

  • Preparation of technical specifications and BOQ for Chillers systems
  • Mechanical: Familiar with FCU/ Cooling Tower/ Chillers/ Chilled
  • Water Pipe / A&A works.
  • Coordinate with the site construction team for installation, testing, and commissioning works.
  • Adhering to Site Progress Schedules and submitting reports to Project Manager regularly.
  • Getting Projects executed under defined timelines.
  • Responsible for meeting & liaising with our Main
  • Contractors/Clients/PMC/Architects in handling all project wor related technical issue.
  • Site Visit and understand the site conditions, parameters, coordination with other services, proposing design & drawing modifications, etc.
  • Conduct Heat Load Calculations.
  • To ensure Company QA and site procedures are adhered to in all aspects.
  • Review of contractual documents related to project and correspond
  • to external and internal parties.
