We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head – Automobiles to lead and manage the sales operations for Maruti Suzuki Spare Parts at JAYBEE GROUP. The
ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead and manage the overall sales operations of Maruti Suzuki Spare Parts across assigned regions.
● Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and growth objectives.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and institutional clients.
● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
● Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
● Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
● Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve consistent performance.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and Maruti Suzuki guidelines.
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
● Minimum 10–15 years of experience in automobile spare parts sales, with mandatory experience in Maruti Suzuki Parts.
● Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts distribution and dealer management.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
● Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
