Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Telecaller to support our real estate sales team by generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and scheduling site visits. The candidate will play a critical role in driving conversions through effective client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases/leads
  • Handle inbound inquiries from digital campaigns, portals, and references
  • Explain project details, pricing, location advantages, and USPs to clients
  • Qualify leads based on budget, requirements, and buying intent
  • Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations in CRM systems
  • Follow up with interested prospects to drive conversions
  • Coordinate with sales managers for closure support
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 0-3 years (Real estate experience preferred)
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken)
Communication: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets
Location Preference: Candidates based in Gurugram/Delhi NCR preferred
