* Assist the Director in routine and strategic activities related to various departments/functions.
* Assist in the effective functioning of the Director’s office.
* Implement and update systems, processes, and policies.
* Handle internal and external coordination/communication through phone, email, WhatsApp, SMS, and other channels.
* Maintain Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
* Prepare for management meetings, including tracking, monitoring, and follow-up.
* Follow up on action items emerging from meetings and update their status in the action tracker.
* Coordinate and follow up on meeting agendas before scheduled meetings.
* Provide daily, weekly, and monthly business updates to various stakeholders.
* Create, update, and maintain action logs for weekly and monthly business review meetings.
* Collect reports, analyze data, and generate insights for decision-making.
* Manage calendars.
* Coordinate internal and external meetings.
* Organize office activities.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skill Sets)
* Education: Graduate/Postgraduate.
* Experience: Around 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
* Gender: Male/Female.
* Must have experience coordinating with various internal departments to ensure smooth functioning.
* Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Technology-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
* Well-presented and articulate.
* Excellent interpersonal and management skills.
* Organized and focused in daily routines.
* Strong coordination skills.
