Job Description

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect Consultants to support the senior architectural team in the design and development of government projects. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, and a basic understanding of government project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the senior architectural team in design development and project planning.
  • Prepare 2D drawings, architectural layouts, and detailed working drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Develop architectural presentations, design concepts, and project documentation.
  • Assist in quantity estimation, area calculations, and preparation of basic BOQs.
  • Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) and Structural consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Incorporate design revisions and updates based on senior team feedback and project requirements.
  • Support the preparation of drawings and documents for government projects, including submissions and approvals.
  • Maintain drawing standards, documentation, and project records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in an architectural consultancy or design firm.
  • Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drafting and working drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of government projects, tender documentation, and submission procedures.
  • Understanding of architectural design principles, construction details, and building materials.
  • Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including MEP and Structural consultants.
  • Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Working knowledge of Revit and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and project documentation.
  • Exposure to government or institutional building projects will be an advantage.
