Job Description


1. Project Procurement Support

  • Assist in procurement activities for ongoing projects
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (projects, planning, finance) for requirement alignment
  • Ensure timely sourcing and execution of procurement activities

2. RFQ & Supplier Management
  • Prepare and float RFQs through ARIBA or other procurement platforms
  • Conduct vendor follow-ups and ensure timely receipt of quotations
  • Support negotiation and vendor evaluation processes
  • Experience in ARIBA RFQ and reverse auctions (e-auctions) is preferred
3. Purchase Order (PO) Tracking
  • Track issuance and closure of Purchase Orders
  • Monitor delivery timelines and follow up with suppliers
  • Coordinate with stores/logistics for receipt and closure
4. MIS & Reporting
  • Prepare and maintain regular procurement MIS reports
  • Track procurement cycle timelines, vendor performance, and compliance
  • Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Commerce / Management preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement / supply chain
  • Exposure to project procurement environment preferred
Required Skills
  • Working knowledge of procurement processes and documentation
  • Experience with SAP / ARIBA or similar procurement tools
  • Strong MS Excel & reporting skills
  • Good communication and vendor coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-up capability
