Job Description

  • Preparation of HVAC layouts based on Architecture, Structural, & Interior Design drawings.
  • Excellent knowledge in HVAC system and equipments.
  • Carrying out Ducting calculations, planning air distribution and making Equipment Schedule, Grille Schedule, VAV Schedule etc.
  • Co-ordination amongst all the services in building/spaces 
  • Evaluation of quantity of various items such as Ducting, chilled water piping etc.
  • Chilled/Hot water, Condenser water & VRF pipe sizing & preparation of Schematic Layout.
  • Carrying out basement ventilation calculations as per NBC and preparation of ventilation layouts.
  • Coordination with other services and preparation of MEP & FF coordinated layouts.
