Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and manage the manpower budgeting activity for the year
  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy to attract and retain talent for Lateral and Campus hiring
  • Determine and implement the strategy for Employer Branding and Overall Candidate experience
  • Manage the overall Onboarding Experience for new hires
  • Manage the Leadership Hiring process and engagement
  • Team Management of 6-8 recruiters
  • Determines applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
  • Sourcing candidates through various portals, Social Media platforms, and referrals
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements on Recruiting sites and social media
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules.
  • Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with candidates and clients; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Accomplishes human resources and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Maintaining MIS Database, reports, and Trackers for ready reference

Requirements

  • MBA in HR from Tier 1 B-School
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check, etc)
  • Hands-on experience in Employer Branding, Candidate and Onboarding experience
  • Innovative, out of the box thinking

Preferred industry
IT Product, HRMS, e-Commerce, Startup which has been scaled from 100/200 employees to 500-1000 employees, Challenger brands, Organisations which have been funded in last 6-12 months and are in process of rapid growth.
