Job Description

 We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager (Organic) with 6+ years of professional experience to lead our organic social media and podcast presence across platforms. This role is focused entirely on organic growth, brand storytelling, and community engagement not paid media or performance marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background, a deep understanding of finance and fintech audiences, and a proven track record in crafting digital content that builds awareness, trust, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand, content, and business goals across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X (Twitter). Strengthen our voice through thought leadership, storytelling, and topical engagement.

Content & Campaign Management:
Oversee content planning, production, and publishing including reels, videos, carousels, thought-leadership posts, and short-form storytelling.
Lead organic social campaigns end-to-end from ideation to performance reporting.

Podcast Ownership:
Manage and grow our flagship podcast, including planning, guest coordination, production timelines, cross-team collaboration, and amplification across social and digital channels.

Team Management:
Lead and mentor the in-house organic social media team, ensuring creativity, consistency, and timely execution across all deliverables.

Agency Coordination:
Partner with creative, production and post production agencies from briefing to output review to ensure brand alignment, campaign quality, and effective delivery.

Community Engagement:
Build and nurture an active online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and facilitating authentic conversations that drive trust and advocacy.

Performance Analytics:
Use native and third-party analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.) to track KPIs, analyse audience behavior, and optimise strategy for reach and engagement.

Trend & Platform Innovation:
Stay ahead of social media and content trends, emerging formats, and platform algorithm updates, identifying opportunities to experiment and grow reach organically.

Influencer & Collaboration Initiatives:
Manage partnerships with finance influencers, creators, and thought leaders to enhance brand visibility and credibility in the fintech ecosystem.

Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience managing organic social media strategy for brands, with proven success in a digital or creative agency.
  • Deep understanding of finance, fintech, and investment audiences.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire creativity and accountability.
  • Experience collaborating and managing external agencies and partners effectively.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and writing skills with adaptability across formats and platforms.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience managing brand podcasts or digital content series.
  • Experience working with wealth management or finance brands.
