• Retention & Motivation: Continuously motivate and develop the team to ensure long-term retention and
consistent sales output, using tools and performance tracking systems.
Qualifications:
• Experience: 6-10 years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the industrial or B2B service
sector, with a track record of building and managing a successful sales team.
• Skills: Strong expertise in team leadership, sales strategy, CRM usage, performance tracking, and motivating
teams to meet ambitious sales goals.
• Focus: Ability to train and develop new team members while driving consistent sales growth through hands-on
leadership and accountability mechanisms
