Job Description: LV Service Engineer - LV C&W Services

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled LV Service Engineer specializing in LV C&W Services to join Tricolite. Based in Noida, the ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in low-voltage systems and service engineering. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service and Maintenance:
    • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of LV systems, ensuring optimal performance.
    • Address customer service requests promptly and effectively.
  2. Technical Support:
    • Provide technical assistance to clients, resolving issues related to LV C&W systems.
    • Collaborate with the internal team to implement solutions for recurring technical challenges.
  3. Installation and Commissioning:
    • Supervise and assist in the installation and commissioning of LV systems.
    • Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  4. Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain detailed records of service activities, including maintenance schedules and repair logs.
    • Prepare and submit service reports and updates to the management.
  5. Customer Interaction:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent service.
    • Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience as a Service Engineer in LV systems.
  • Strong knowledge of LV C&W services and related technologies.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic tools and maintenance software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
