Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage the sourcing and procurement of Operating Supplies & Equipment (OS&E).

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading suppliers, optimize procurement processes, deliver cost efficiencies, and contribute to the world-class guest experience that defines our Company.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Strategic Sourcing

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of OS&E items including:
    o Kitchenware
    o Utensils
    o Crockery
    o Glassware
    o Cutlery
    o Other kitchen operational supplies
  • Develop sourcing strategies to ensure uninterrupted supply across all properties.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard alternate brands and suppliers to enhance quality, optimize cost, and mitigate supply chain risks.
Vendor & Contract Management
Cost Optimization
  • Drive procurement efficiencies through strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Track savings and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality.
  • Support finalization and management of rate contracts for frequently purchased kitchen OPEX items.
Procurement Operations
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing, specifications, quantities, and delivery schedules before releasing orders.
  • Monitor order status, logistics coordination, and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain procurement documentation, including:
    o Purchase Orders (POs)
    o Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs)
    o Invoices
    o Contracts and related records
Risk Management
  • Monitor supplier performance and market trends.
  • Develop alternate sourcing strategies to reduce supply chain vulnerabilities.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate procurement risks.
