Sales Leadership

  • Lead national sales strategy, channel development, and key account management.
  • Drive top-line growth, margin expansion, and market penetration.
  • Oversee pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and sales forecasting.
  • Build and lead high-performance sales teams across regions.

Operations & Delivery

  • Oversee manufacturing/operations, supply chain, planning, and customer fulfilment.
  • Ensure alignment of sales forecasts with production and delivery capabilities (S&OP).
  • Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and on-time delivery.
  • Lead process excellence initiatives (Lean, TPM, System & Digitization).

Business & Financial Management

  • Own P&L for Sales & Operations.
  • Drive EBITDA improvement through revenue growth and cost discipline.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance review cadence.

Customer & Market Focus

  • Strengthen customer satisfaction, service levels, and long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure execution excellence for projects, key customers, and strategic accounts.

People & Leadership

  • Build leadership bench across sales, operations, and support functions.
  • Drive performance culture, capability building, and succession planning.

Strategic Execution

  • Translate business strategy into executable sales and operations plans.
  • Support expansion into new markets, channels, and product lines.
  • Act as a core member of the executive leadership team.

  • Revenue growth & gross margin 
  • EBITDA & cost optimization
  • Sales forecast accuracy & S&OP adherence
  • On-time delivery & customer satisfaction
  • Working capital & inventory turns

Candidate Profile

  • BE / BTech with MBA (Sales / Operations / Strategy preferred).
  • 22–28 years of experience in sales & Business operations leadership, lastly working as National Head, Business Head or COO
  • Strong exposure to B2B manufacturing, HVAC, Nitrile Rubber, Insulation & XLPE building materials, or industrial products.
  • Proven P&L ownership and multi-function leadership experience.
