Assist in preparation of initial techno-commercial offer to client preliminary design and the final scope of work, in coordination with the design consultant and UAE engineering
Carry out lifecycle cost analysis for the projects in coordination with OEMs and design consultant
Attend client meetings and participate in all technical discussions and negotiations to resolve issues which may arise
Work collaboratively with UAE Projects and O&M teams and India business development team
Prepare cost estimates of the projects for civil/architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and control systems
Liaising with OEMs and other technical groups to bring in best in class cost/energy efficient technologies and innovation

Carry out technical site due diligence along with design consultants
and UAE team as a part of Merger & Acquisition of projects, for both high side and low side HVAC assets
Undertake environment and social due diligence for both greenfield and M&A projects in collaboration with external consultants
Maintain proper documentation procedures as per applicable ISO
standards and regular uploading of technical/project documents to server seamlessly
Timely completion of technical feasibility, costing, design
Timely completion of preliminary design and SoW
Life cycle cost analysis

Carry out detailed design of HVAC projects in coordination with

consultant. Commenting/review on the same for completeness
Develop technical specifications for Equipment/EPC/EPCM
Package. Review of specifications from Consultant / Client / PMC
Coordination with internal stakeholders, Clients / PMC, Bidders / Vendors
Review of Equipment DS/Engineering drawings, RFQs prepared by consultant.
Review of Bidder’s quotes, assessing deviations, raising of TQs,TBEs
Review of Vendor Shop drawings and technical submittals in
coordination with consultant
Coordinate technical issues with other departments on projects
Develop standard documentation for use on projects
Implement/Capture Lesson Learnt
Providing Inputs/Review for Progress reporting
Travel to assist activities at client offices, supplier’s works,
construction sites
