We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founder & Director in managing business operations, strategic initiatives, meetings, communication, and execution across multiple healthcare locations.
Key Responsibilities
•Manage Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel plans.
•Coordinate meetings, MOMs, follow-ups, and action trackers.
•Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and business summaries.
•Liaison with department heads and hospital partners.
•Track business KPIs and strategic projects.
•Draft professional emails, letters, and business communications.
•Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
•Ensure timely execution of Director’s instructions.
