Job Description

We are looking for a highly dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Operations Manager who will function as a key support to leadership while managing critical operational functions. This role demands speed, precision, and the ability to seamlessly handle multiple verticals, including executive coordination, sourcing, and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an Executive Assistant to the Founder/Director, managing schedules, priorities, and communication
• Serve as a single point of contact between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders
• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inventory management, dispatch coordination, and stock tracking
• Manage sourcing activities, including vendor identification, negotiation, and procurement coordination
• Ensure smooth execution of operational workflows across departments
• Track tasks, follow-ups, and maintain detailed reports and documentation
• Drive efficiency by proactively identifying gaps and implementing quick solutions

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, executive assistance, or a similar role within fashion/lifestyle/retail
• Strong multitasking ability with a fast-paced working style
• Excellent organisational, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time-sensitive deliverables
• High attention to detail with a proactive and solution-driven mindset
• Hands-on approach with the ability to manage both strategic and operational tasks
