We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to expand its B2B client base. The role involves meeting potential clients, generating leads, and driving sales for the company’s innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking
● Identify and acquire new B2B clients
● Conduct in-person meetings, product demos, and presentations
● Build and maintain long-term client relationships
● Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions
● Achieve assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly)
● Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
● Maintain daily reports of sales activities and client interactions
● Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding
● Track market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
● 1–4 years of experience in B2B field sales / business development
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
● Willingness to travel for field sales activities
● Target-oriented with a proactive approach
● Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
