Target hotel owners, procurement heads, and project stakeholders and establish relationships with key decision-makers across hotel projects and operating properties.
Pitch ApneWala’s end-to-end hotel supply solutions across FF&E, OS&E, furniture, fixtures, flooring, soft goods, and related hospitality requirements.
Drive consultative selling and deal conversion by understanding client requirements, budgets, timelines, and project needs and proposing suitable solutions.
Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures for high-value, project-based, and bulk orders while protecting commercial objectives.
Manage and grow key client relationships to strengthen client satisfaction, repeat business, cross-selling, and long-term account value.
Maintain CRM discipline and sales forecasting while coordinating with Design, Procurement, Logistics, and Operations for smooth execution and timely delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team, with ownership of targets, pipeline reviews, coaching, and performance improvement.
Strong track record in U.S. B2B sales and business development, preferably within hospitality, furniture, FF&E, OS&E, construction, or project-based sales.
Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and close high-value deals through structured prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and follow-up.
Strong understanding of U.S. buyer behavior, hotel decision-makers, project stakeholders, and consultative solution selling.
Excellent negotiation, closing, and client relationship management skills.
Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho or Salesforce, including pipeline management, sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM hygiene.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently engage U.S.-based clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a night shift aligned with the U.S. time zone.
Required Skills & Tools:
10–15 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, key account management, or hospitality/project sales.
Proven sales leadership experience including team mentoring, target setting, pipeline governance, forecasting, and performance management.
Strong expertise in lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and sales conversion.
Hands-on experience with CRM and sales reporting tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience in hospitality sales, hotel procurement, FF&E / OS&E, project-based sales, or bulk orders will be a strong advantage.
