Accounts & Finance - (Manager/Assistant Manager/Head) to lead and manage the organization’s finance function. The role involves strategic financial planning, strong coordination with banking and financial institutions, and ensuring robust financial control and compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and oversee the overall operations of the Finance Department
  • Develop and implement effective financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Manage and maintain relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and Mutual Funds
  • Coordinate with financial institutions for funding, credit facilities, and other financial requirements
  • Prepare, analyze, and present financial data, proposals, and reports to Banks and Financial Institutions
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal financial policies
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization
  • Support senior management with financial insights for strategic decision-making
  • Strengthen internal controls and financial governance frameworks
